• Perform customer support on Phone / Email about all Panasonic represented
machines. (Troubleshooting issue, machine/parts information/ parts quotation….).
• Windows person to contact with Singapore / Japan side to follow up and
troubleshoot issue / customer’ requirements.
• Windows person between customer and Customer Service Team to transfer
information and push up troubleshooting progress.
• In charge of Training team to conduct training for CS members at training center
or customers at customer side.
• Build up training documents system / training schedule.
• Build up Evaluation Technical Skill System for CS members.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• 1-2 years or more, graduation of technical field service experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
• Or working in the technical team in the manufacturing.
• Good communication / reporting / training skill is must.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, electronics skills.
• Have experience about SMT/AI is advantage.
• Foreign language: English level is intermediate or higher (Japanese/Korea is a plus.)
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Service mind characteristic.
• Computer proficiency including software relevant applications.
